Read carefully this page so you know what kind of after-sale support you can expect.

Free Best Effort Support Plan 

I offer free basic support for each of the service I sell. This plan of support is best effort, this means that I will try to do my best to fix your issue as soon as possible keeping into consideration my personal commitments. Paying customers have priority.

What does the free support plan include?

  • There is a bug in the website caused by malfunctioning code written by me.
  • My web hosting is slow.
  • Your website is not loading correctly due to my or my hosting fault.

What is not included? 

  • The website is not working because you have broken something (eg. you have the source code and changed some code incorrectly).
  • The website is not working because there is an issue with your web server.
  • You don’t know how to configure something (for example payment method, web server).
  • You have edited the DNS of your domain and now the domain is not poiting to my web hosting anymore.
  • You changed something in cloudflare configuration and broke it.
  • Your website is getting DDOSsed and you need help.
  • Any change you want to do to your website in term of features or design.
  • You have bought the source code and you don’t like how something has been implemented. For example you don’t like that online players are not live updated and you wanted it to update in real time. Or for example you think that is a better idea that character delete code is required at the registration and not automatically generated. Any of these changes is not covered in the basic support and it is considered as a customization (paid work).

These are some examples example, but you get the idea of what is included and what not. If you are in doubt, please ask.

On-call Support 

Everything else is included in this plan. You can write me on Discord, tell me what is your need and I’ll do an estimate.

The fixed rate is 25€/hour.

For every task/request there is a minimum commitment of 15€. This means that even if it’s a 5-minute task, you will be charged 15€.
