Vouchers

Vouchers are another way that players can use to pay in the item shop.

Example of vouchers: am**on gift code, za**ndo gift codes, etc…

For example, let’s say you want to accept amazon gift codes in your item shop as a payment method. You need to go in teh admin panel of your website in the section payments -> payment gateways.

Then create a new payment gateway

And select “VOUCHER” as payment method.

You can use the information field to write instructions on how to buy the gift card. Then set the price for the coins as explained in the second part of this tutorial: Set coin price.

Now in the item shop users can select the new created payment gateway and write the gift card code and it will be submitted to you.

After they click on submit you will receive an email that notifies you that a voucher has been sent to the administrator of the website.

Do not forget to configure the administrator of the website or you will not receive any email! To do so, in the admin panel go to Settings -> General

And chose the account that will be notified:

Make sure that the account has a valid email address or you will receive a 500 error code when users send a new voucher!

Now, you will receive an email every time a player submits a voucher. You can see all the received vouchers in the section Payments -> Vouchers.

From this section you need to manually approve the voucher codes received. You need to manually verify that the code is correct (for example if it is an amazon gift card you can redeem the card on your account), then confirm that the code is correct an the player will automatically receive the coins. Also, an email will be sent to the player so he knows that his code has been accepted.
